Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or Economics and Business Administration (degree holder) Gender: Unrestricted Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist Knowledge: Organizational development, Federal Labor Law, labor regulations, employment contracts, payroll processing, effective communication, workplace climate, and leadership ERP systems proficiency: Nomipaq, SUA, IMSS Willingness to travel from Mexico City to Cuautitlán Izcalli once per week.
