Customer orientation and negotiation skills CHEVROLET CUAUTLA AGENCY IS SEEKING: ***FINANCIAL SALES ADVISOR*** **Requirements:** * Experience in sales/customer service/financial rescue or banking sector. * High school diploma, incomplete bachelor’s degree, or completed bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, or finance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * One year of sales experience. * Effective time and resource management. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in traditional or digital sales prospecting (automotive industry preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and industry trends * Ability to negotiate and close sales * Proficiency in CRM and digital tools * Customer orientation, empathy, and professionalism * Resilience, organization, and adaptability * Ability to establish and maintain business relationships **Job Description:** * Efficiently prospect potential customers both in the field and on the sales floor * Clearly present system features and benefits according to the customer’s expressed needs * Advise and profile customers to select the most suitable Commercial Plan based on their profile * Implement and execute commercial strategies * Administer and maintain customer portfolios through personalized service * Focus on vehicle delivery in accordance with system manager’s processes and objectives * Achieve monthly productivity, profitability, and satisfaction targets set by management. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM **We Offer:** * Salary: base salary \+ commissions. * Statutory benefits.
