**Store Manager for Makeup Store** **Location: Patio Tlalpan** **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of previous experience as a manager or in a similar position. * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team. * Problem-solving capabilities. * Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Experience managing sales indicators (essential). * Passion for makeup. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, train, and manage store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets. * Plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, product presentation, and issue resolution. * Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and market share. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing regular coaching and feedback to staff.
