**TOP PERSONNEL GROUP** is partnering with a major Mexican company specializing in catering services, social and corporate event planning, currently seeking a Commercial Director (CDMX).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement the sales manual, pricing structure, and cost estimation per event type.
* Establish clear commission rules, agency guidelines, account management protocols, and territory definitions.
* Ensure proper CRM usage.
* Design meetings with fixed agendas, written agreements, and designated owners.
* Supervise Sales Managers.
* Reassign accounts, portfolios, or structures as needed.
* Provide coaching, recognition, and corrective actions.
* Oversee Marketing and Business Intelligence as support functions for commercial strategy.
* Achieve sales budget targets.
* Manage relationships with agencies, key corporate accounts, and strategic venues.
* Validate that no deal is closed without confirmed pricing, operational capacity, and profitability.
* Define segment-specific strategies.
* Monthly forecasting with realistic pipeline visibility.
* Coordinate with Operations to ensure feasibility of sold events.
* Executive reporting to General Management using KPIs: sales, average ticket value, and conversion rate.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or postgraduate degree in commercial or management disciplines (preferred).
* Advanced English proficiency.
* 7–10 years of experience in commercial roles, including at least 3 years leading sales teams; mandatory experience in gastronomy (restaurant groups), hospitality (hotel groups), events, or premium service sectors.
* Proven track record of leading high-performance teams within complex organizational cultures.
* Management of annual sales budgets exceeding MXN $100M.
* End-to-end implementation of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and commercial processes from scratch.
* Experience working in family-owned businesses or organizations with close-knit cultures (preferred).
