Analyze procedures related to all claims received from the Auto Medical Expense area, including: reviewing invoices in light of tax regulations; validating those invoices in the CHUBB platform; reviewing documentation for each medical service provided to injured claimants; verifying the relationship between claimed invoices and receipts; contacting medical providers to request information; and coordinating with internal providers to resolve billing-related incidents. Interact with Control, Finance, Cash, and Medical Providers departments. Geographic Scope: National **Responsibilities:** * Review cases assigned to a claim, indexing documentation in the Apoyo system; when a case has no claim assigned, verify to generate the corresponding registration and enable reserve creation. * Ensure accurate analysis of services rendered by verifying that the claim includes complete documentation to determine whether payment for the medical service provided is viable. * Conduct in-depth review of active claims by verifying policy conditions against claimed coverage to validate claim admissibility. * Clarify issues with the Commercial department by thoroughly reviewing generated policy conditions to resolve doubts regarding received claims. * Process claim payments by registering the beneficiary to issue the corresponding check or bank transfer. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; degree must be completed. * Basic knowledge of insurance. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum six months’ experience in insurance. ***If you require any specific accommodation for your interviews, please inform the Human Resources representative who contacts you to begin your hiring process.***
