Requirements: · Partial or completed high school · Good computer skills · Minimum of six months of experience in a call center, direct customer service, and/or sales Responsibilities: · Answer incoming phone calls · Provide information about our services · Offer chat-based customer support Work Schedule: Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off.
