




HR consulting firm is seeking personnel to work with one of our clients as: **PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION EXECUTIVE** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. 2 years’ experience managing personnel roster incidents (\+300\), calculating weekly payroll, onboarding, offboarding and modifying employee records, tracking severance settlements, contracts and files. Preparation of SUA reports, completion of ST\-7 forms and tracking of ST\-2 filings, monitoring of payroll stamping. Preparation of personnel turnover reports (hires and terminations). Knowledge of Income Tax Law (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including data entry, formulas, macros, pivot tables, charts, and data cross-referencing.
