





* Present an image of hospitality and warmth. * Deliver exceptional customer service—from phone calls to guest welcome and farewell. * Answer the phone on the first ring and never let it go to voicemail. * Deliver the appropriate script during calls and guest welcome, in accordance with brand standards. * Complete all required guest and reservation information. * Always ask whether anyone has allergies before escorting guests to their table. * Hand over the personalizer (dossier) to the captain and/or advisor. * Maintain constant communication with captains to prepare necessary reservations and table setups. * Coordinate table assignments when there is a waitlist; offer courtesy amenities (if applicable). * Provide appropriate seating arrangements if minors are present at the table. * Clean the work area and materials used. * Perform opening, inter-shift, and closing duties. * Notify the manager upon identifying any dissatisfied guest.
