FINANCIAL ADVISOR General Requirements: **Bachelor’s Degree in:** Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting (Degree Required) ***MUST-HAVE:******Experience in real estate or real estate projects.*** * **Technical Knowledge:** Expertise in accounting, economics, taxation, and financial products (stocks, bonds, funds, insurance). * **Key Skills:** Analytical, methodical, with strong arithmetic ability and interpersonal communication and reporting presentation skills. * **Competencies:** Results-oriented, with strategic vision and ability to assess risks. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Analysis of financial status. * Development of investment and savings strategies. * Tax planning and asset protection. * Risk assessment and financing advisory. * Risk Management: Evaluation of investment profiles and acceptable risk levels. * Market Knowledge: Proficiency in products such as stocks, bonds, insurance.
