Key requirements (Indeed keywords): * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated from the Autonomous University of Querétaro). * Certified Accountant. * Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * Knowledge of general accounting. * Experience in accounting recordkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations (preferred). * Organized, responsible, and possessing a positive attitude. * Availability to start work immediately. Working hours (choose one option): * Schedule 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Schedule 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Main responsibilities: * Recording accounting transactions. * Preparing accounting journal entries. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Assisting with tax filings. * Managing and archiving accounting and tax documentation.
