




Position Summary: Administer, supervise, and ensure proper accounting, tax, and financial recordkeeping, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations and financial transparency to support strategic decision-making. Leadership and supervision of the accounting team **MISSION:** Administer, supervise, and ensure accurate accounting, tax, and financial recordkeeping for the company, guaranteeing compliance with tax obligations, financial transparency, and proper presentation of accounting information to support strategic decision-making. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and validate the accounting recording of all the company’s financial transactions. * Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations before the relevant authorities. * Coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns. * Supervise bank reconciliations and control of accounting accounts. * Control the proper recording of revenues, expenses, and provisions. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Analyze financial information to support management decision-making. * Supervise the accounting or administrative team within the department. * Implement accounting and financial controls in accordance with current regulations. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and tax documentation for the company. * Collaborate with treasury, tax, and internal control departments. **PROFILE:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (certified). * Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting and tax compliance. * Experience supervising accounting and financial processes. * Knowledge of current tax regulations. **TOOLS:** * ASPEL SAE (MANDATORY). * Accounting systems or ERP. * Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). * Tax and accounting platforms. * Electronic invoicing systems. * Electronic invoicing systems. **SKILLS:** * Financial analysis. * Organization and control. * Decision-making. * Leadership and team supervision. * Attention to detail. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation. * Experience preparing financial statements. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Continuous training. * Position-specific tools and/or equipment.
