




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate administrative and financial operations, with experience in budgetary management, supplier management, inventory management, and legal compliance, as well as team leadership. Leadership and supervision of administrative staff. **Candidate ProfileAcademic Qualifications** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other field related to economics and administration. **Experience** Minimum 2–4 years of experience in similar positions, such as administrative coordination or administrative management. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace. * Advanced Excel (mandatory) for report generation, financial forecasting, pivot tables, and logical formulas. * Experience handling government procedures and permits. * Budget administration and control. * Strong organizational and goal-oriented tracking abilities. **Main Functions and Responsibilities1. Financial Administration and Budgetary Control** * Supervision and analysis of fixed and variable expenses to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. * Preparation and monitoring of cash flow using forecasts and payment schedules to ensure corporate liquidity. * Management of accounts payable, ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations to suppliers and service providers. **2. Supplier and Inventory Management** * Identification, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and credit terms. * Inventory control and supervision to prevent shortages or losses and ensure adequate supply to operational departments. **3. Legal and Administrative Compliance** * Coordination and follow-up of procedures, operating licenses, Civil Protection permits, and other municipal or state requirements necessary for operations in Puebla and Mexico City. **4. Personnel Management and Supervision** * Coordination and supervision of assigned administrative staff, ensuring achievement of objectives and proper team performance. **Key Competencies** * Effective planning and organization. * Negotiation skills and decision-making ability. * Professional ethics and confidential information handling. * Financial analysis and results orientation. * Leadership and team management skills. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary ranging from $13,000 to $15,000, commensurate with experience and skills. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs. * Work location: Puebla and Mexico City.
