Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to maintain accurate financial information, manage supplier payments, and propose improvements to accounting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Process improvement proposal and implementation We are looking for an **Accounts Payable Assistant** with experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial information and supporting monthly tax compliance. **Responsibilities** * Validate invoices against purchase orders. * Review and manage payments to suppliers and creditors. * Prepare and maintain an updated payment schedule. * Send payment receipts to suppliers and creditors. * Request payment complements. * Track and review received CFDIs. * Keep supplier and creditor balances up to date. * Reconcile balances with suppliers. * Record long-term and short-term liabilities. * Propose and implement improvements to the processes under their responsibility. * Record income and expense transactions in SAP. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (intern or graduate). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in accounts payable. * Solid knowledge of accounts payable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * SAP proficiency. **We Offer** * Efficiency bonus * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Cafeteria service Send your CV to karla_barbosa@elecsa.com.mx or via WhatsApp at 56-10-85-98-01, contact Lic.
