We are seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in: Collections management systems, MS Excel (intermediate-advanced level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in: Payment administration, portfolio management, customer service within financial departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor accounts payable and manage outstanding payments. * Address client inquiries and clarifications regarding invoices and supporting documentation. * Process payments. * Prepare payment reports and analyses. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and payment regulations.
