Experience in other Human Resources areas does not apply. Job Objective Promptly fill operational vacancies by submitting viable candidates and meeting weekly coverage targets. Responsibilities * Daily posting of job openings on job boards and social media * Candidate sourcing * CV screening * Telephone pre-screening interviews * Candidate follow-up * Recruitment process tracking Requirements * **Minimum 1 year of operational recruitment experience (mandatory)** * Proficiency with job boards such as Indeed and Facebook * Accustomed to filling **at least 5 vacancies per week** * Organized and disciplined for remote work * Ability to work autonomously and deliver results on time and as expected * Full-time availability Compensation Structure * Monthly base salary: **$5,000 to $6,000** * Commission per filled vacancy * Bonus for fulfilled guarantee * Bonus for achieving monthly target **Estimated monthly income:** Between **$12,000 and $18,000**, depending on performance.
