Operational focus and results orientation Job Description A corporately focused company is seeking to integrate a **Payroll Analyst** with proven experience in payroll calculation and administration, ensuring the proper execution of payroll processes and compliance with current labor regulations. **This position is exclusively for candidates with payroll experience.** **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Monitoring and validation of attendance incidents. * Recording of employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Compilation of earnings, deductions, and final settlements. * Generation of payroll CFDIs. * Handling incidents with operational staff. * Validation of salaries and benefits. * Support in IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, ICSOE, and SISUB processes. * Preparation of reports and administrative control. * Ensuring confidentiality of information. Minimum **1 YEAR** of experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or similar role. Payroll management for a minimum of **200 employees**. Knowledge required in: * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation. * IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, and payroll CFDI. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Federal Labor Law (LFT).
