




**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Manage and monitor the daily performance of the CLEANING STAFF team across all services to achieve the company’s objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field / Completed High School diploma * Familiarity with the city of Aguascalientes, including its municipalities * Valid Class B driver’s license * Supervisory experience * Knowledge of payroll-related incidents * Personnel management, drafting administrative reports, and conflict resolution * Negotiation skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise cleaning staff assigned to services * Follow up on customer complaints * Submit personnel requisitions to recruitment when required * Monitor employees’ activities * Provide administrative support (e.g., employee information for staff under supervision) * Track and monitor team productivity; provide continuous feedback and training * Review operational staff attendance records * Submit monthly invoices as applicable * Manage and authorize administrative reports Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Application question(s): * DO YOU HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE? * DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPERVISING CLEANING STAFF?
