VACANCY: MEMBER SERVICES COORDINATOR Position Objective: To provide personalized, efficient, and professional attention to members of the Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de México, A.C., addressing inquiries, routing requests, promoting services, and managing benefits. Additionally, to identify and propose service agreements targeted at members, monitor their effectiveness, and contribute to strengthening members’ experience and satisfaction. 1\.Required Profile: · **Education:** Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in customer service, client relationship management, or administrative positions related to member services. · **Required Knowledge:** Customer service protocols, handling complaints and suggestions, effective communication, conflict resolution. · Key Competencies: o Customer orientation and teamwork o Empathy and communication skills o Problem-solving ability o Organization and time management o Proactivity and continuous improvement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
