A nationwide company is looking to hire a **Logistics Traffic Assistant**; if you are interested in this industry, dynamic, and eager to grow and learn more about this great field, we recommend you apply. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficient in Data Entry Management (data collection, input, verification, and record maintenance). * Ability to **identify** different types of documents and **verify** their information. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (50% proficiency: tables, formulas, summations, lookup functions). * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify that information contained in invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BL) is accurate and complete. * Accurately and completely enter customs entries (pedimentos) into the internal system. * Revalidate BLs with the shipping line to ensure cargo release. * Deliver complete files to various departments within the company. * Immediately correct information upon request from other departments. * Perform administrative tasks supporting operations, such as completing Excel reports, filling out forms, filing, labeling, etc. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
