Free cafeteria **Archipiélago Is Hiring** We are looking for a new team member as: **IT Support Engineer** / **Male or Female** * We offer * Base salary **net $15,000** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium) * Immediate hiring * Positive work environment * Free cafeteria **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; or Technical degree in Computing or Networking * Availability for flexible working hours, rotating shifts, 9-hour workday, and 2 days off per week * Minimum **2 years of professional experience** in technical support * Experience with **POS systems (point-of-sale)** * Experience with **SQL (database queries and updates)** Growth opportunity * Knowledge of: * UTP cable punching and assembly * Basic printer assembly * Software package installation and management * Closed-circuit installation * Remote technical support (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) * Hardware diagnosis and repair (PCs, laptops, printers) * Technical support for Windows and macOS operating systems * Networking and structured cabling (IP, DHCP, DNS) * Software installation and configuration * Technical and functional support for administrative systems such as Infocaja * Ticket management on helpdesk platforms (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.) **Work Location:** IT Support in CDMX, main office in Col.
