Work Experience: * Recruitment and selection of operational positions (1 year of experience). * Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation. * Metrics management (e.g., vacancy coverage, average time-to-hire). * Familiarity with job boards/platforms. Responsibilities: \- Posting job vacancies \- Screening resumes \- Conducting initial interviews \- Receiving documents \- Managing incidents, personnel files, and contracts \- Onboarding follow-up for new hires \- Occasional fieldwork (e.g., branch recruitment or participation in job fairs) \- Conflict mediation, employee support, and improvement of the work environment \- Updating and implementing internal policies and ensuring compliance with labor legislation \- Supporting various departmental activities Skills: Organization, assertive communication, initiative, conflict resolution, knowledge of labor legislation, teamwork.
