Each space is designed to deliver the comfort of home with the services of a boutique hotel, providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. **Your Responsibilities:** * Maintain constant supervision of cleaning activities—both guest rooms and public areas—across all Wynwood House properties. * Collaborate with Zone Managers to organize and coordinate housekeeping staff. * Inspect 90% of daily check-ins to ensure rooms are delivered in perfect condition regarding cleanliness and quality. * Reduce guest complaints. **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed secondary education or high school diploma. * Prior experience supervising cleaning staff; hospitality experience preferred. * Honest, proactive, punctual, organized, and responsible individual. * Outstanding customer service attitude toward guests and coworkers. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** Competitive + statutory benefits, Sunday premiums, holiday pay in accordance with the law. * **Work Location:** On-site, Roma Norte. * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00, rotating weekly days off.
