General Accountant **Location:** León, Guanajuato Job Summary DERCH RECRUITMENT \- PAYROLL: seeks a General Accountant with extensive expertise in accounting, tax, and auditing areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating key departments including Administration, Treasury, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Cash Flow Management. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, leadership ability, organizational capability, and solid professional and ethical standards. **Key Responsibilities** As General Accountant, your primary duties will include: * Preparing accounting records and consolidating financial statements. * Coordinating Administration, Treasury, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Cash Flow Management functions. * Preparing tax calculations and working papers. * Proficiency in preparing monthly and annual tax returns for individuals and legal entities (SAT). * Managing filings with IMSS\-IDSE and calculating SUA contributions. * Proficiency in personnel management. *Requirements and Competencies* **Essential Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as General Accountant. * Age: 25 to 35 years. * Proficiency in CONTPAQ\-ACCOUNTING and CONTPAQ\-PAYROLL software. * Proficiency in SAT’s online portal and IMSS\-IDSE and SUA systems. * Knowledge of accounting, administrative, tax, and auditing principles. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Analytical ability, proactivity, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Organizational ability and proficiency in using technology. * Basic English proficiency. * Strong professional and moral ethics. * Marital status: Not specified.
