Position Summary:
We are seeking a Group and Convention Executive to quote, negotiate, and operate group business, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

GROUP AND CONVENTION EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and follow up on quotations for the services we offer.
* Quote, negotiate, and operate group business.
* Comply with applicable internal and external administrative policies and procedures in a timely and proper manner.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
* Project management experience.
* Administrative and billing knowledge and skills.
* Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office suite.
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to quote, negotiate, and operate group business.
* Basic production knowledge.
* Public tender experience preferred (Compranet).
Minimum verifiable work experience of 3 years; preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or related field.
Preference given to candidates residing in the southern part of the city.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
