Commercial and logistics management We are looking for a sales representative to deliver personalized in-store customer service and technical advice, providing appropriate solutions tailored to customers’ needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience that boosts sales and customer loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service and experience (in-store) * Portfolio development and lead conversion * Commercial management * Inventory and logistics management **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or in-store customer service (preferably in industrial, agricultural, or machinery sectors) * Numerical skills and strong spelling proficiency. * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or business administration. * Energy, discipline, follow-up capability, and results-oriented mindset. * Basic knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, and after-sales service. * Ability to communicate solutions clearly, honestly, and with a focus on customer efficiency. * Proficiency in basic Excel, WhatsApp Business, and commercial management systems (CRM preferred). **We Offer:** * $16,000 net monthly salary * Commissions * Quarterly bonus of up to $20,000 * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Expected salary * Which personal skills identify you as a strong sales representative?
