




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide friendly attention to airport passengers, visitors, and users, offering guidance, handling complaints, and supporting during contingencies. Participation in periodic training sessions. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Administration, or related field. * Experience in Customer Service. **Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate English (comprehension and conversational). * Basic Excel. **Skills:** * Customer service. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly attention to airport passengers, visitors, and users, delivering clear and accurate guidance from the information desk and via telephone. * Receive, record, and route complaints, suggestions, and feedback. * Provide up-to-date information regarding airport infrastructure, commercial services, ancillary services, tourism offerings, and other available services. * Report any relevant operational incidents to the EPAC supervisor. * Participate in periodic training sessions related to passenger service, airport security, and emergency protocols. * Support during contingency situations or special events, providing passengers with information and guidance according to established airport protocols. * Provide occasional support for activities such as quality assurance tours, survey administration, activations (idea generation, crafts, execution support, etc.), or training, among others, when specific needs arise—such as operational contingencies, temporary demand surges, unexpected illness absences, urgent leave requests, or temporarily unfilled positions. * Attend to GAPBLUE requests (scheduled and unscheduled). * Prepare reports requested by or related to the department.
