




Position: Kitchen Crew (Cook) Reports to: Branch Leader Direct reports: None Salary $ 9 459.60 plus tips paid weekly on average $ 800 Rotating schedule 12 pm to 10 pm Rotating days off between Monday and Wednesday Location Tlalnepantla Mundo E Main Responsibilities 1. Food Preparation and Cooking · Execute mise en place, preparation of side dishes and sandwich assembly according to recipes and established portion sizes. · Operate cold and hot kitchen stations ensuring adherence to timing and quality standards. 2. Hygienic Handling and Food Safety · Ensure hygienic food handling through temperature control, cold chain management, labeling, rotation and recordkeeping. · Maintain constant cleaning, organization and disinfection at your station and assigned areas. 3. Order Fulfillment and Operational Flow · Accurately and promptly receive and process delivery and dine-in orders. · Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure appropriate delivery times. 4. Teamwork and Communication · Actively collaborate with kitchen staff, bar team and operational leaders to sustain continuous service flow. · Maintain clear and effective communication regarding operational needs, shortages or incidents. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) · Adherence to food quality standards · Preparation speed and ticket times · Zero deviations in hygiene / BPM / temperature audits · Compliance with production plan and rotation (FIFO) · Operational incidents reported and resolved on time · Attendance and punctuality Systems and Access Levels · Revel POS: order registration, operational clock-ins. · Delivery platforms: order receipt and confirmation. · Microsoft Teams: internal communication. · Inventory system (operational access): inventory inquiry and registration, without administrative editing permissions. Skills · Basic cooking techniques (cutting, cooking, hot/cold station management) · Organization and time management · Effective communication · Teamwork · Attention to detail · Positive attitude and service orientation Job Requirements · Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience as cook or kitchen assistant · Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations · Hygienic food handling, productive rotation and temperature control · Knife skills and basic preparation techniques · Availability to work rotating shifts, 6 days per week, 9-hour shifts, 1 weekday day off. · Excellent attitude, verbal fluency and collaborative spirit · Prior experience in fast-casual or production-style kitchens preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
