Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives, where your purpose accelerates our mission. **Your Role at Vantive** **Primary Position Objective:** Control and administration of hospital delivery processes to local and foreign customers, as well as support for administrative activities related to delivery operations, document management, file control, and generation of process control reports to maintain oversight and administration of tasks assigned by the supervisor. **What You’ll Do at Vantive:** * Release and documentation of home delivery routes * Monitoring of home and hospital shipment programs * Verify transactions execute in correct status * Coordinate review and segregation of EDOM orders for packaging preparation for billing and stock * Generate and release hospital orders * Schedule hospital shipments * Prepare and deliver shipping manifests and documentation for hospital order deliveries * Track shipments of invoiced hospital orders from Civac and WH **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receipt, review, and submission of hospital evidence to billing * Responsible for closing hospital orders (Marka) * Generate daily cut-offs of finalized orders (hospital and home) * Generate shipping orders and deliver to warehouse * Administration and control of orders for delivery to suppliers * Generate invoices and additional documentation for order delivery * Prepare and deliver shipping manifests and delivery documents * Control and administration of carrier receipt slips upon receipt * Monitor Cedis operations * Track shipments and confirm deliveries of HC machines * Inventory control of recovered machines * Release and monitor operational volume * Interact with transportation personnel (third parties) to expedite loading and dispatch processes * Manage exceptions and resolve process-related issues * Report exceptions to the storage process leadership team in order management * Report exceptions regarding equipment, forklifts, PE, satellite carts, and other infrastructure items **What You’ll Bring:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete administrative degree * 1 year of experience in warehouse roles with similar responsibilities * Warehouse operations, control of product inflows and outflows, documentation administration for billing purposes * Experience using information technology tools (preferably WMS/ERP) **Knowledge:** * Arithmetic operations * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices * Administrative processes, document control * Billing * Computer and IT systems knowledge * Basic accounting * Generic inventory and accounting reports **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
