Requirements * Academic level required: Bachelor’s degree * Academic status: Degree holder * Required field of study (related fields): Public Accountant * Experience: Over 5 years as GENERAL ACCOUNTANT * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Experience managing Large Taxpayers + IMSS, Repse, SAT Platform, Contpaqi, NOI. + Excel\- intermediate (formulas, filters, data entry) * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Communication + Analysis and problem solving + Critical thinking + Strategic planning + Teamwork + Logical\-Mathematical reasoning * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 09:00 \- 18:00 Schedule clarification: "Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00; Saturday 9:00 to 13:00" Functions and activities * Implement improvements in accounting and financial processes. * Supervise accurate recording of transactions (debits and credits) and their tax impact. * Analyze, interpret, and present financial statements and strategic accounting reports. * Lead, train, and motivate the work team, promoting collaboration and goal achievement. * Preferably possess knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) * Coordinate and ensure compliance with accounting and tax obligations. * Attend to and prepare for IMSS, SAT, and STPS audits. * Efficiently manage billing and payroll systems. * Prepare tax returns and comply with current regulations.
