




Activities: * Supervise the administrative and operational areas of each of the condominiums located within Mexico City. * Follow up on and resolve requests made by RESIDENTS of each condominium regarding questions, reports, complaints, requests, compliance with internal regulations, etc., requiring personalized attention and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. * Establish controls and follow-up mechanisms for the collection of maintenance fees from condominiums and residents. * Maintain appropriate expense control across the various departments under your responsibility. * Lead, coordinate, and supervise administrative areas (maintenance, operations, security, accounting, and resident services). * Plan, lead, and conduct meetings with the oversight committee, condominium assemblies, and any other required meetings. * Manage corporate governance of the condominium, as well as proper documentation control and tracking of supporting documents. Experience: * Managing high-end condominiums. * Administrative control, accounting, income, and expenditure management. * Coordinating work teams in service areas. * Knowledge of procurement, supplier selection, and contracting. * Knowledge of administrative human resources processes, personnel management and control. * Knowledge of general maintenance processes.
