




Bachelor’s/Undergraduate Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain the company’s **Compliance Program**. * Identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks. * Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Develop and update the **Code of Ethics and Conduct**. * Manage the whistleblower channel and conduct internal investigations. * Advise senior management and various departments on compliance matters. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management or the board. * Coordinate internal and external compliance audits. * Design and deliver **compliance and ethics training** to employees. * Track relevant regulatory changes. **Experience** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal, auditing, or risk management roles.
