We are currently seeking to add an **Administrative Accounting Assistant** to our team—someone with a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities * Preparation and management of invoicing and collections. * Accounting recording of transactions. * Bank reconciliations. * Recording and stamping of payments. * Administrative control of documentation. * Support for internal and external clients. * Organization and updating of client files. * Assistance in administrative and accounting processes. * Control of package shipments and receipts. Requirements * Education: Intern or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative functions. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Experience using SAT and IMSS platforms. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility.
