




**Position: Automotive Sales Administrator** Education: High school diploma Marital status: Any Responsibilities: Proper administration of purchasing and inventory management for new vehicles. Invoicing of sold units, validation of internal reports versus GMM. Compliance with tax regulations regarding electronic invoicing (SAT and AMDA). Validation and invoicing of appropriate plans and supporting documents according to sale type—retail and/or fleet. Providing accurate and timely information to management for decision-making and action planning. Coordinating vehicle purchases and sales via trade-ins. Coordinating and ensuring timely completion of Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) upon vehicle arrival, campaigns, and monthly battery inspections. Daily submission of updated inventory and invoicing reports to commercial teams. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position involving invoicing, inventory administration, and document handling. Knowledge: Inventory management, document management, tax-compliant invoicing, digital platforms, Microsoft Office suite. **Base salary: $12,000 MXN plus statutory benefits.** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
