We are currently recruiting personnel for the position of **Administrative Assistant** at a prominent educational institution. **Position Objective:** To provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes, accurate document management, and efficient service to members, suppliers, and the general public, thereby contributing to the achievement of institutional objectives. **Position Requirements:** * Required Education: B.S. in Business Management / B.A. in Administration * Required Experience: Yes; 1–2 years of administrative experience * Schedule Availability: Yes * Travel Availability: Yes **Position Knowledge Requirements:** * Administrative knowledge * Basic principles of **office administration and organization** * Physical and digital file management and control * **Preparation and control of case files** * Tracking of internal administrative procedures * Knowledge of official writing and documentation * **Formal drafting of official letters, minutes, certificates, and institutional announcements** * Proper use of spelling and grammar * Preparation of administrative reports * Computer literacy * **Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** * Use of cloud storage tools (Google Drive or others) * Management of institutional email accounts * Use of digital forms and databases * Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing (where applicable) * Knowledge of customer service and public relations * **Public service and institutional etiquette** * Appropriate handling of telephone calls and digital messaging * Follow-up on requests from members and the general public * Basic accounting knowledge (preferred) * Basic income and expense tracking * **Assistance in payment registration and issuance of receipts** * Organization of documentation for accounting processes * Knowledge of the Institutional Environment * **Basic understanding of the College’s organizational structure** * Familiarity with institutional objectives, mission, and vision * Identification of processes related to academic and professional association events **Position Functions and Activities:** * This position directly supports the Management Department in planning and organizing events, courses, and workshops for the general public and/or primarily for students. * Additionally, it involves preparing certificates, diplomas, or credentials (basic design knowledge and creativity are important). * Support in certification accreditation processes. **We Offer:** **Base Salary: $9,582.47 Net Salary** + Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday: 9:00 am–2:00 pm and 4:00 pm–7:00 pm.
