




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, billing, payment tracking, and collection report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer documentation and shipment management 2. Estimation calculation and billing 3. Payment tracking and report preparation \*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT\*: Working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Age range: 22 to 45 years old. Knowledge of Accounting required; completed or incomplete degree preferred. Work location: TI Offices Escobedo. Biweekly salary: $7,900.00 less taxes, including statutory benefits, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
