




* **Experience in customer service and administrative support** Handling phone calls, receiving visitors, managing correspondence, and providing support for general administrative tasks. * **Organization and calendar management** Ability to coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure timely fulfillment of commitments. * **Proficiency in office tools** Use of **Microsoft Office** and/or **Google Workspace** (Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) for document drafting, record keeping, and database management. * **Knowledge of invoicing, document control, and the SAT platform** Support in preparing, recording, and sending invoices; management of physical and digital files; and basic use of the **SAT platform** for queries, validations, and downloading tax receipts. * **Professional writing skills** Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing ability to produce clear and professional emails, announcements, official letters, and reports. * **Basic knowledge of visual design and presentation** Use of **Canva** to create presentations, internal notices, or communication materials with a professional and attractive appearance. * **Attention to detail and follow-up** Careful review of documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and consistency of information. * **Proactivity and effective communication** Ability to coordinate across departments, anticipate administrative needs, and maintain clear and courteous communication. * **Discretion and professionalism** Responsible handling of confidential information and a service-oriented attitude, consistently representing the company professionally.
