If you are passionate about creating real impact and working with purpose, we want to meet you. *Objective:* Manage client needs, company services, and ensure client retention. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Marketing. * Experience: 3–5 years in marketing agencies. * Advanced English (100% spoken and written). * Marketing, Strategic Planning, Social Media, Organization platforms (Trello). * Team leadership, Customer service, Stress tolerance. Marketing, Strategic Planning. * Client/Management: Follow up with clients on approvals. Monitor social media postings. * Client/Relationship: Serve as the liaison between client and company. Understand each account’s needs and build strong relationships. * Communication: Communicate the status of each account to the entire team. * Strategy/Management: Manage strategic information and any other inputs facilitating brand (client) positioning. * Reporting/Metrics: Performance indicator: Metrics measurement report (weekly).
