Bachelor’s degree in Law (**Labor Law specialization preferred**). **Location:** Near Parque Metropolitano **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs **Salary:** $17,000 monthly gross \| Biweekly payment **Benefits:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits **Mandatory Requirement:** Personal vehicle **Main Responsibilities** * Handle internal and external labor termination processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. * Analyze labor-related cases and propose legal solutions that minimize risk. * Monitor labor lawsuits and manage Collective Bargaining Agreements. * Negotiate separation agreements between employer and employee. * Draft and review legal documents (settlement agreements, final settlement statements, contracts). * Execute administrative minutes in accordance with internal regulations. * Keep the company updated on changes in labor legislation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law (**Labor Law specialization preferred**). * **Experience:** 3–5 years in labor litigation and conflict negotiation. * **Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law, conciliation procedures, labor trials, collective bargaining agreements, internal regulations. * **Competencies:** Effective negotiation, analytical thinking, assertive communication, conflict management.
