Maintain communication with staff to confirm collected RAD shipments. 2. Plan RAD routes. 3. Monitor RAD routes, complete logbooks, and transmit trip data to PDAs. 4. Supervise and verify correct freight pricing and arrival scanning. 5. Review staffing schedules to initiate operations and ensure proper vehicle functionality. 6. Conduct inspections during unloading. 7. Supervise storage of non-transit cargo and perform inventory checks. 8. Report to immediate supervisor regarding shipments with canceled waybills and notify customers to provide new tracking numbers or arrange returns as needed. 9. Review MPE documentation. 10. Analyze and resolve problematic waybills to prevent indicator escalation. 11. Provide customer and sales representative support for high-volume pickups. 12.
