**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AT GRUPO SALINAS** **WE ARE SEEKING: SHIFT MANAGER (SECURITY)** Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate security personnel activities to safeguard goods, assets, and human resources by executing work processes and instructions at the distribution center. Functions: A. Enforce security protocols at locations with area personnel through patrols. B. Coordinate with Monitoring staff to address merchandise theft issues. C. Supervise and ensure patrol units respond promptly and properly to store alarm signals. D. Randomly monitor cargo transportation movement to ensure arrival at destination. E. Supervise cargo transportation departures from the distribution center without issues. F. When necessary, assist the security manager in interviewing dishonest personnel. G. Prepare fire extinguisher and hydrant checklists for the distribution center. H. Coordinate with the security manager the evacuation of internal and external personnel during emergencies (earthquake and fire). Leadership. Communication. Teamwork. Decision Making.
