Training programs **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **MARKETING ASSISTANT** Support the implementation of the comprehensive and institutional marketing program to aid brand positioning, as well as maintain presentable model homes, with the objective of increasing foot traffic at sales locations to support the sales strategy, aligned with company needs and market behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Implement programs that establish a unique identity for each residential development to achieve better results in housing sales. * Implement advertising tools. * Execute proper logistics and organization of promotional events to showcase the company’s housing offerings and ensure public attendance. * Monitor assigned budget expenditures. * Assist in market research. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role * Market knowledge and analytical capability * Advertising campaigns and marketing strategies * Negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Enkontrol * Creativity and innovation * Dynamic and proactive attitude **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
