Organizational Structuring and Design **Create and document process manuals, internal policies, and job descriptions.** Design organizational structure and career development plans for operational staff **Implement key HR performance indicators (KPIs) (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill).** 2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance (STPS) **Ensure compliance with STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOM-035, NOM-019, NOM-030).** Manage individual labor relations **Ensure safety and hygiene conditions meet federal inspection requirements.** 3. Talent Attraction and Retention **Design specialized recruitment strategies for high-demand technical profiles.** Implement onboarding and technical training programs. **Develop a competitive, competency-based salary scale.** 4.
