Tax Law Manager Specialist\* \*Job Description:\* We are seeking a lawyer specialized in tax law with experience in tax consulting and litigation, as well as a solid understanding of regulations from the Tax Administration Service (SAT). This role involves analysis and processes in the tax field, extensive knowledge of tax obligations, and developing effective strategies for conflict resolution. \*Responsibilities:\* * Handle tax litigation, including preparation of defense measures (appeals, nullity trials, amparos). * Provide legal and tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. * Develop and deliver clear and accurate tax opinions. * Act as an intermediary in procedures before the SAT and other government entities. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. \*Requirements:\* * Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with specialization in tax law. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting. * In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and procedures before the SAT. * Leadership skills and ability to manage teams. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus. * Ability to work in collaborative environments and maintain effective client relationships.
