Customer Service and Consultation ​Greet and assist customers in selecting school supplies, office supplies, and art materials. ​Provide technical recommendations on the use of adhesives, paper types, paints, and cutting tools. ​2. Craft and Customization Services ​Design and production: Create bows, creative gift wrapping, and notebook decoration. ​Custom projects: Build models, posters, event souvenirs, or craft samples for display. ​Tool proficiency: Expert handling of hot glue guns, paper cutters, binding machines, and laminators. ​3.
