





We are seeking Digital Marketing Specialists focused on performance, with extensive expertise in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as deep knowledge of digital measurement using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-driven, capable of managing digital budgets, and skilled at optimizing campaigns according to conversion objectives. Key Responsibilities: Meta Ads Creation, management, and optimization of Meta campaigns. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing the Meta Pixel. Building advanced audiences using web events, offline conversions, and messaging. Setting up and optimizing Advantage+ campaigns, detailed targeting, and remarketing. A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Google Ads Creation and management of campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display. Experience configuring Conversions, Events, Tags, and Offline Conversions. Designing segmentation, keyword, and campaign structure strategies focused on performance. Continuous data-driven optimization. Measurement and Analysis Google Analytics 4 Creating and managing audiences. Configuring events, conversions, and custom reports. Interpreting results to support data-informed decision-making. Google Tag Manager Implementing tags, triggers, and variables. Creating custom web events. General container administration and debugging. Other Desirable Skills Efficient digital budget management, forecasting, and multichannel distribution. Knowledge of additional platforms: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital media. Experience with performance-oriented email marketing campaigns and workflows. Proficiency in configuring and monitoring UTMs for traffic and conversion tracking. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
