Company focused on the construction industry, in constant growth, is seeking new talent due to project expansion; we are looking for a **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** with leadership, communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead work teams and contractors. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect. (Degree and professional license) * Immediate availability to relocate to the project location. * Minimum 6–7 years of experience in civil works or maintenance within industrial facilities. **Mandatory:** * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Knowledge of construction and project planning. * Knowledge of cost estimation and budget management. * Familiarity with local regulations and standards regarding safety and environmental compliance. * Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance. * Planning and management of construction site safety. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project objectives. * Project execution management using project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of all activities at the construction site.
