Requirements: \*Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Collection Supervisor in a contact center. \*Experience in corporate collections. \*Experience in the financial sector, automotive dealership, and/or auto-financing. \*Personnel management (minimum of 15 people reporting to you). \*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. \*Knowledge of Freshdesk (desirable). Responsibilities: \*Analyze and share feedback on the previous day’s team results in the group chat and share immediate action plans for the current day. \*Achieve weekly, monthly, and biweekly departmental goals. \*Implement and monitor KPIs. \*Develop new collection forecasts. \*Negotiate with suppliers. \*Portfolio recovery. \*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection tracking reports. \*Conduct random call monitoring for all Collection Analysts and provide improvement feedback. \*Hold weekly meetings with analysts to review their weekly results, provide guidance, and define actions to improve performance. \*Schedule, maintain, and conduct monthly meetings with analysts to review their monthly results, provide guidance, and define actions to improve performance for the following month.
