Previous experience supervising construction projects, preferably on projects similar to the one currently underway. Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, as required by the project. Age: 25 to 35 years old Valid driver's license AUTOCAD 2D, NEODATA OR OPUS AND OFFICE SUITE Responsibilities: Supervise project execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Coordinate and supervise construction personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe workflow. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with established standards. Manage cost control and project budgeting, identifying potential deviations and proposing solutions to maintain profitability. Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise during project execution. Maintain effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and client satisfaction. Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations at the worksite.
