




Job Summary: Responsible for negotiating, quoting, and managing banquet events; preparing contracts; overseeing logistics; and supporting special events. Key Highlights: 1. Manages negotiation and quotation for banquet events. 2. Prepares and follows up on event contracts. 3. Supports special events and logistics. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conducts negotiation and quotation for banquet events including: meetings or sessions, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, weddings, quinceañeras, graduations, anniversaries, cocktail parties, seminars, exhibitions, or congresses. · Prepares contracts for approval and signature related to events. · Receives payments and maintains a sequential filing and control system for deposit slips and contracts. · Follows up on events to clarify logistical questions. · For recurring events where most information is already included in the contract. · Issues invoices. · Distributes banquet instructions to various hotel departments via email or in person. · Prepares monthly production reports. · Supports special events. Maintains guest lists for special events such as weddings and quinceañeras; provides information on special packages.
