Metal-mechanical industry.** **Position Description** Responsible for ensuring the timely recording, control, and payment of the company’s financial obligations to domestic and international suppliers. Manages invoices, payments, reconciliations, and departmental reports, actively participating in month-end closing and internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities** * Record and validate domestic and international invoices in accordance with tax requirements. * Schedule and execute supplier payments according to agreed terms. * Reconcile account balances, clean up accounts payable, and resolve discrepancies. * Manage and update supplier master data. * Prepare accounts payable reports, cash flow reports, and expense vs. budget analysis. * Participate in monthly financial closings and support internal and external audits. * Comply with internal control policies and financial procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (manufacturing/metal-mechanical industry preferred). * **SAP AP / PTP (minimum 2–3 years) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. (Both required)** * Intermediate-to-advanced English. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
